Candle Care…It’s a thing.
The first burn.
The first burn is the most important. Make sure the melt pool reaches all sides of the candle before extinguishing. Otherwise, tunneling can occur.
Burn baby burn.
Make it a habit of letting the melt pool reach the sides of the candle to get the biggest, boldest scent possible — and to ensure you capture the candle’s whole potential. Never burn for more than 2 – 3 hours at a time.
Nothing ruins the mood like a dirty wick.
Trim your wicks to 1/4″ before every burn so the candle doesn’t burn faster than it should, and to avoid mushrooming.
Keep it safe and steady.
Ensure candles are placed on stable, heat-resistant surfaces. To maintain the integrity of the fragrance oils, we recommend a maximum burn time of four hours per session.
Put it out properly.
Using a snuffer is the preferred method to prevent smoke and keep the wick centered for the next use.

Typically, we utilize a combination of high-grade paraffin for its superior scent throw and natural vegetable waxes for a steady, clean burn. How are your fragrances sourced and developed?
Every concept begins with high-quality fragrance oils that are compliant with IFRA (International Fragrance Association) standards. We work closely with master perfumers to ensure each idea is clear and that the scent remains stable throughout the life of the candle.
What is the standard lead time for wholesale orders?
We value efficiency and transparency. For established collections, our standard lead time is typically 10–14 business days. For larger-scale projects or custom developments, we provide a clear timeline during the initial project management phase.
Are your wicks lead-free?
Yes. In accordance with CPSC (Consumer Product Safety Commission) regulations and our own core value of being responsible, we use only 100% cotton or paper-core wicks. We never use lead or metallic-core wicks in any of our brands.
